Energy Consultation

A3 Architects has extensive experience designing low-energy usage homes, businesses and renovations.  We are well-versed on the most current HVAC and renewable energy options. We are able to provide energy modeling and HERs rating, and through our local energy raters and have the expertise to get most new projects substantial rebates.  We work with the Mass Save tiered rebate program.  The highest rating, Tier 3 rebates, can amount to as much as $10,000.

Alison Alessi is a LEED professional who’s completed a LEED-platinum multifamily project in Harwich. In addition she is a certified passive house designer and a member of the Passive House Alliance.  We can provide these services to clients as an energy consultant.

Interior Design

We provide support for clients with respect to selections. This includes plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, tile, countertop and kitchen design, paint colors and hardware selections.  We have worked on a range of different budgets and have the creative ideas to support any style.  We have completed very modern interiors with high-end European finishes as well as working with local craftsman and vintage furnishings. 

Pre Design/Site Selection

A3 Architects can provide conceptual design for pre-design services. We have created 3d concept models for clients trying to understand complex sites. We have also evaluated multiple potential properties for clients still deciding on a few options.  There are typically a number of different local and federal regulations on properties on the Cape including Conservation, Historic, Zoning, Planning and FEMA flood zones.
