The site is an existing lot in a dense neighborhood of Chatham right off of Main Street. The existing summer house is being replaced with a multi-generational home. The new structure is a large 2 story home with ample space. The simple forms are scaled down with the dormer roof lines. A clean screened porch located to the south provides views to Stage Harbor.
