Barnstable Harbor House 2
The homeowners bought an existing cottage on Barnstable Harbor that had been moved to the site from the Sandy Neck colony across the water. Unfortunately, the existing cottage had been renovated over the years many times so that there was almost nothing original to the house left.
The new design, subject to Zoning, Conservation and Historic review, maintained the playful summer cottage feel with modern finishes. The cross gable design allows all the rooms to have panoramic views of Barnstable Harbor and Sandy Neck beyond.
