The site is gorgeous wooded lot with Wellfleet ground cover upland of Perch Pond.
The new design is a prefabricated home, nestled into the sloping lot and sited to take advantage of solar gain and views to the pond. The design is more private to the north/street side while more glassy and open towards the south/view. A modern butterfly roof captures rain roof runoff.
