Brewster Net Zero House
The site is a 2 acre lot on Route 6A overlooking Cape Cod Bay. An existing garage with guest apartment above are sited in a low spot. On the adjacent hill A3 Architects designed a new modern Cape cottage with flanking mudroom and Master Bedroom wings. A glass stair acts as a focal point on the open living/dining room plan. A glass bridge connects the stair to the second floor loft, allowing light to filter into the full height space.
